Sparked by a motion from Rep. Yusuf Gagdi, lawmakers expressed shock over the severe lack of oversight in the budget preparation process. The entity, which has already been publicly disowned by Aso Rock, is currently facing parallel criminal investigations by the ICPC for alleged forgery and impersonation using fake presidency letterheads
