Tinubu: Nigeria Will Defeat Terrorism and Banditry
President Bola Tinubu has acknowledged that insecurity continues to weigh heavily on Nigerians, disrupting daily life and stalling economic progress across the country.
Speaking on the nation’s security challenges, the president said renewed efforts are underway to strengthen the armed forces and confront terrorism and banditry head-on. He described the crisis as a shared burden, one that has robbed citizens of peace and rest.
“These sleepless nights affect all of us,” Tinubu said, assuring Nigerians that victory would come through determination and resilience.
The president stressed that terrorism and banditry are alien to Nigeria’s values and history, insisting that they have no place in the nation’s future and must be decisively defeated.
